Jonathan Jacobs joined 5th Avenue Properties as a commercial property broker in March 2023. He works with property owners and prospective occupiers or buyers, supporting the process from the initial requirement and property research through negotiation and transaction documentation.
His responsibilities have included promoting properties, preparing marketing material, conducting comparative market analysis and researching local property trends. He places importance on maintaining accurate property information and coordinating with colleagues so that clients receive a consistent service.
Jonathan's professional background includes property practice, recruitment, sales and education. These roles have developed his communication, relationship-building, negotiation and organisational skills, as well as experience in understanding and matching different client requirements.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Tourism Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. He completed the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority's Professional Designation Examination at PDE 4 level in 2022. He speaks English and Afrikaans.
