When a business tells me it “needs Sandton”, I first want to understand what that really means. If the requirement is Gautrain, client proximity and a CBD address, Sandton Central may be correct. If the real requirement is access to the Sandton market with easier parking, campus amenities and a different staff experience, Bryanston deserves a serious comparison.
