Old Mint Park

The working environment

For an operation serving several parts of Gauteng, the facility and the distribution pattern need to fit together. Consider the journeys goods make as well as the work happening once they reach the site.

The property setting

The Park supports larger modern warehouse requirements with access towards Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria.

Consider the work at each level

The supplied property mix combines double-volume warehouses with ground-floor office components. Ground-level and dock-level loading formats are described, with the particular loading provision and internal movement established for the facility under consideration.
